Refund policy

At Otani Skin Therapy, we take great pride in creating high-quality, results-driven skincare. While our clients regularly share wonderful feedback, we understand that every skin is unique — and what works beautifully for one person may not work the same for another.

 

We always recommend trying a single product or travel-size option first to ensure compatibility with your skin before committing to full-size or bundled sets. (Available Soon).


 

Returns & Refunds 

We follow the guidelines under Australian Consumer Law and handle returns in a fair and transparent way. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

 

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• Your product arrived damaged or broken
• You received a faulty item
• Something from your order was missing
• You experienced an allergic reaction to the product

 

If your return is approved, we kindly ask that the product is no more than 30% used in order for us to process your refund.


 

Important Notes:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• We are unable to accept returns due to change of mind.

 

How to Request a Return

Please email us at otaniskin@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

• Your order number
• The product(s) in question
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos, if relevant (e.g., damaged items)

 

We’ll respond promptly to help resolve the issue as smoothly as possible.
